	No it isn't. FUD is short for "Fear, Uncertainty and Doubt." It's the
spreading of disinformation about a project by its detractors. This is a
common tactic employed by say, microsoft.

	It's not possible (or I should say, prudent) for any trademark holder
to lay out a clear, "unambiguous" set of rules for using its trademark
is that they can be sued over it.
