I have the following card:

siba_bwn0@pci0:12:0:0:  class=3D0x028000 card=3D0x000c1028 chip=3D0x431514e=
4
rev=3D0x01 hdr=3D0x00
  vendor     =3D 'Broadcom Corporation'
  device     =3D 'Broadcom Wireless b/g (BCM4315/BCM22062000)'
  class      =3D network

And it doesn't work with bwn driver (perhaps that's a configuration
issue though) on 8.1.
