I recently did a kill -9 (from root) on a shutdown process and now my 
FreeBSD 2.2.5 system won't let ordinary users log in.

After they type their password it sais:

	login: /bin/sh: Permission denied

I can still login as root.

CAN ANYONE HELP ???
