How do you expect to get a reply if you're behind a corporate
firewall?  But, as the message says, the real problem is that your
system habanero.co.csgsystems.com is not known to DNS:

The correct way to handle this situation is to use your corporate mail
server to relay the message.

If you want a reply to a different address, please set the Reply-To:
header, like you've done below.  You can't expect people to do
unnecessary work for you.
