I don't think any which are particularly certified but -STABLE is a
development branch, it's just a less aggressive development than -CURRENT.
Basically if you want to avoid the pre-release and RC versions you need to
stick with -RELEASE and security.  

Most people will track security which just has critical fixes and the most
recent tag for that is RELENG_4_7

After -STABLE has done the RC stages you'll be able to use RELENG_4_8
