USE_LIBTOOL implies GNU_CONFIGURE

You only need gdkpixbuf here.

Try adding:

CONFIGURE_TARGET=3D	--build=3D${MACHINE_ARCH}-portbld-freebsd${OSREL}

To your Makefile.
