I don't know about popular or documented, but mine is an AmbiCom 8100
32-bit 10/100 CardBus (http://www.ambicom.com/products/amb8100/amb8100.htm
if it helps).  They say they've got drivers for Linux, I don't know if this
would help even if they'd let you see the source code...
