When I run the command: dd if=/dev/zero of=test bs=1M count=1024 The VM crashes and the file is 128MB in size when I reboot. This is a clean install of 9.1-RC1 I ran this command first to benchmark the hard drive and it crashed. This is on a Macbook Pro 8,2 with 8gb RAM and a quad-core i7. When using smaller count size the command completes successfully, albeit slowly.
