>Environment:
9.1-RC1 GENERIC i386
>Description:
I did a free install of 9.1-RC1 i386 on Virtualbox 4.1.20 host macine OSX 10.8.1 with a Samsung 830 series SSD. When I run the command:

dd if=/dev/zero of=test bs=1M count=1024

The VM crashes and the file is 128MB in size when I reboot. This is a clean install of 9.1-RC1 I ran this command first to benchmark the hard drive and it crashed. This is on a Macbook Pro 8,2 with 8gb RAM and a quad-core i7.

When using smaller count size the command completes successfully, albeit slowly. I have not installed VBox extensions to this machine as there are not any.
