Hehe. It was actually meant to have the effect opposite of trying to
restrict you. :) Sorry for the misunderstanding.
We don't use proper sentences in comments because they're bulky if you
read several of them in a list, you'll notice a strong tendency
towards needless repetition ("Foojoy is a program that ...", "This
allows you to ..."). The pkg/COMMENT is often used as an addendum
to pkgname, for example, Greg Lehey's book lists "package-name |
category | comment".
