Unfortunately not. I tried:

$ BATCH=yes portmaster -a -d --no-confirm

and like someone else suggested adding BATCH?=yes to /etc/make.conf,
then running:

$ portmaster -a -d --no-confirm

Still asks me to confirm all the options.
