OK, thanks for all the replies. I think I use the wrong supfile according to 
one of response I get. I should have use e.g stable-supfile.

If I update using stable-supfile will it only update what I has already 
install on my system ? or it install everything?

Would anyone happen to know rougly what size will each supfile will 
download? say for cvsup stable-supfile and what about ports update?

around 70MB? for ports update?
