Again, these shouldn't be strictly necessary.  Can you please backup
your claim that make release is broken?  I do not think that is the
case (well, at least not because of the docs, the floppies may still
be overflowing).  The whole point of Makefile.inc.docports is to list
the MINIMAL number of docports that are required for a release build
(as opposed to the full docproj port).  Please explain.
