 It means somebody connected to port 25 and left without saying a word.
Like nicky-nicky-nine-doors.

 Nothing needs to be done unless the same host continues to prod you
forever, at which time, if you don't deal with them, you could deny/block
their ip in your firewall rules, but even that is a bit extreme.
