Yes - moused(8).  It is loaded via entries in /etc/sysconfig (you
may already be using it now?), and use vidconfig -m on to turn
the mouse pointer on in any vt session.

This is with 2.2 and -current only. Cut and paste works pretty
much like they do in X.
