Excellent!  Can we get this added to hier(7)?  Then the plugin ports can
be adjusted to uniformly install there.  For linux-browsers, perhaps we
could stick things in ${LOCALBASE}/share/browser_plugins (since that's
pretty close to the structure those browsers use)?
