In the BUGS section, it states : There is no way to stop paging and swapping on a device. It is therefore not possible to dismount swap devices which are mounted during system operation. Now I could be wrong, but would I be correct in saying that swap devices aren't actually "mounted" ? Right, I'm off to the pub.
