Thanks, but never mind.. it's my stupid ISP.. I used to only have problems
getting to sites in Virginia (and I'm in Maryland!) but now it seems that I
can't complete a download greater than roughly 10k to anywhere...  since the
file in question is 16k..  I'm calling a new ISP tomorrow. :(
