When I tried the 4.1 picobsd on a older AMD 386 it didn't work. The best I could figure was that the support for emulated math was off as I can run other versions of picobsd and install FreeBSD okay (emulation is default on I think.) So, I'd express that this should be on for images people download or it should be noted in the download link/pages.
