Subject: Problems with 3.3 on Vaio PCG-X9

Hi,

I have been playing with 3.3 release on a new Sony PCG-X9 (which is a truly
lovely machine - makes my "old" F190 look like an antique!). I so far have
two things that don't appear to work properly (I'm sure there will be more):

I'm using PAO3-19991011, with PAO3 boot floppies to do the install.

The docking station that comes with it has, amongst other things, a PCMCIA
slot, which is spotted during the PCI probe, but I can't see where in the
machine it lives. Windows claims that it is on irq 9 and memory range
8002000-8002fff (and also claims that the main internal controller is also at
a similarly high address) so I'm not sure how to make that work. When I
installed, I used the Default option for where the controller was.

I've also been playing with USB mice - and have got that working without too
much pain; but the buttons don't work at all :( Is this a known problem with
the usb code or have I missed something really obvious?

On a positive side, the install went fine, I have 3 partitions on the disc
(FAT32 primary, FreeBSD, Extended) and my Linksys 10/100 card works fine in
an internal slot. X is up and working (I have a pretty basic XF86config for
this machine if anyone is interested, but the chipset is the same as the F
series so I guess most people have that now!). I haven't played with apm
yet, but will let people know if there are any issues there.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
