Sorry for sounding a little cynical, but if you looked carefully
at the frontpage of www.freebsd.org you would have seen this beautiful
link called Usergroups which links to

http://www.freebsd.org/support.html#user

and holds a list of FreeBSD usergroups.

Alternatively:
