OK, on a different system that has similar false CD detection
and with the patch and with CAMDEBUG and `camcontrol debug -c all`:

# camcontrol cmd cd0 -v -c "25 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0" -i 8 "i4 i4"

Note that on this system, cd0 is not detected as present when built
without atapicam.  With atapicam yields false detection:
