You-all might consider using "Public Affairs", like I noticed NASA using last weekend. "PA" seems like an OK initialism (except maybe for children in Pennsylvania :). Or maybe just "publicity" as in "The [FreeBSD] Publicity Project" or "bsdpublicity.org".
