Correct C represents the entire disk.

I will have to check this out. Thanks for the info. Is there any reason
that disklabel has this limit?

I knew this could be done but it just seemed like a kludge to me.

I appreciate all of the feedback. This is sounding more and more like a
project I would like to start.
