I upgraded 4 machines last night, and all had the same problem. Specs: 10.0-RELEASE p4 -> 10.1-RELEASE Two where VMs on VMWARE EXI, and the other two were bare metal Dell R310. I believe all are running UFS. During the freebsd-update process, it installs the kernel with no issues, prompts for a reboot. This appeared to work fine on all 4 machines.
