Hi I am a fair C programmer, and would like to start developing under FreeBSD; would you consider the classic «Advanced Programming in the UNIX Environment», by W. Richard Stevens to be a good choice for a programming book? Does current FreeBSD programming differ much from the "generic" UNIX programming described in the book? Or can I rest assured that the book contents apply well to FreeBSD?
