Subject: Compact flash adaptor driver?

Hi all

I have a digital camera which uses Smartmedia (compact flash memory
cards). I also have an adaptor for these cards that looks like a
standard 3.5" floppy, and software for Windoze which allows me to copy
files to/from the memory cards as though it is a floppy drive.

Apart from CodeWarrior for PalmOS, this driver is the only reason I
still need Windoze. So I was wondering whether there is a driver for
this, or whether anyone is working on one, or if there is one for Linux
that I could work on porting, or whether this is all closed-source
proprietary stuff and there is no hope....

regards
gram
