I use a tiling window manager and almost everything I do, from writing code to listening to music, happens in a terminal window. My editor is vim, and my MUA is mutt. Yet as different as our desktop experiences are, FreeBSD powers them both. One of the reasons I like FreeBSD for the desktop is that I can make it anything I want. With Windows, I have to accept how Windows works -- the ability to customize that experience is extremely limited. --=20 =2EO. | Sterling (Chip) Camden | http://camdensoftware.com =2E.O | sterling@camdensoftware.com | http://chipsquips.com OOO | 2048R/D6DBAF91 | http://chipstips.com --bp/iNruPH9dso1Pn Content-Type: application/pgp-signature Content-Disposition: inline -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.4.11 (FreeBSD) iQEcBAEBAgAGBQJOcP1lAAoJEIpckszW26+RT20H/jeEy6cnnDj4yivWLu7jvQkY 4ikbVV4eCFzpfLwnE0PpRMCV9IOUVsPgSOSQXnrv2m+mlyDqIRkwWfLz6Vo/GFTk f86oTwelaB38zOxgG/2aKkaOsG3sBcgThRTpnAl+BRg5N48Q8Xc2gtRU9afyzC5N kEHbNcRMN/M6qVhvIsl8EjLr0yk3Xp21gWC9AjSIW4a36uyJ6oFgbziawrRy/7aG BZiND+TRk9b4EnMo/f3I3AtZN4gUnvalnTYBdobK2vFdAABHZQeM9uTjm+eyIaVQ PMq2d3DGiPzNey68zUXkh0rr61r22lxUnF8NipGk+aZEvEMNfpGwEKaWH2D49T4= =mqxs -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- --bp/iNruPH9dso1Pn--
