First warning was issued _before_ src/ changes, second warning was issued
_before_ doc/ changes - no one objects.

If you call 'cvs update' in existen directory, you got that because of
repo-copy nature. You need to remove 'doc/' and call 'cvs co' instead. Ask
Peter about exact details of this behaviour.
