This is the thing I was talking about:

sysid 6,(Primary 'big' DOS (> 32MB))
    start 63, size 4194225 (2047 Meg), flag 80 (active)
        beg: cyl 0/ sector 1/ head 1;
        end: cyl 1023/ sector 63/ head 15

You may want to check with someone more knowledgeable, but I thought the
issue was 1GB.  I'm not sure how much LBA is doing for you.
