I did:

fbsd1# ll /usr/src/sys/netinet | grep ip_fw.h
-rw-r--r-- 1 root wheel 20916 May 7 16:38 ip_fw.h

fbsd1# grep O_IP6 /usr/src/sys/netinet/ip_fw.h
        O_IP6_SRC_LOOKUP, /* arg1=table number, u32=value */
        O_IP6_DST_LOOKUP, /* arg1=table number, u32=value */
        O_IP6_SRC, /* address without mask */
        O_IP6_SRC_ME, /* my addresses */
        O_IP6_SRC_MASK, /* address with the mask */

fbsd1# cd /usr/src/sbin/ipfw

fbsd1# make clean
rm -f ipfw ipfw2.o dummynet.o ipv6.o main.o nat.o altq.o ipfw.8.gz

...but the problem persists with "make".

I don't do a lot of custom patching, so I'm hoping that this is my
fault. I can provide SSH access to the box if you can help me figure out
the problem.
