The subsequent, uh, dissolution of this project (or transformation into lxrun/LKP) resulted in an unfinished release of these tools. I would concur that a BSD license would be appropriate but i'll need to obtain approval and find the time. It might help me speed things along if you were able to tell me why these tools are important for the *BSD systems.
