The following reply was made to PR kern/44867; it has been noted by GNATS. From: Alain Fauconnet <alain@cscoms.net> To: freebsd-gnats-submit@FreeBSD.org, alain@cscoms.net Cc: Subject: Re: kern/44867: Frequent hard hangs on ASUS P4T-E/P4S-533 based servers Date: Tue, 21 Jan 2003 11:04:53 +0700 Boxes upgraded to 4.7-RELEASE: same. They hang a couple of times a week with DMA on and haven't hung yet with DMA disabled (5 days up). COM, LPT ports and USB disabled in BIOS, usbd disabled in rc.conf to avoid any IRQ sharing. One of the boxes will be migrated to Linux (sigh) to rule out h/w problems. To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-bugs" in the body of the message
