Sure, but like feet & inches, its gonna take a long time to disappear.
The gov.uk and bbc.co.uk use it and BST. Like good NATO partners, however
the mod.uk uses ZULU time and 24-hour clock. It all comes down to who
you ask, and most of these couldn't give a tinker's cuss what the
official designation was. :-)
