I'm seeing the same thing, 10-CURRENT r252987,   with r322456 of virtualbox-ose (4.2.16).
The "Memory size" dialog, when trying to create a new virtual machine, shows 0MB for the
max, the slider cannot be moved and the text box accepts input but appears to be ignored.
