You'll have to do this manually then, but that's very simple.

1.  Grab the apache package from the CDROM or FTP site.
2.  run 'pkg_add apache-###.tgz' to install it.
3.  Modify config files as desired.  
4.  Restart or start httpd.  Apache will be loaded automatically on
startup from here on out.
