Let me add one more point in this discussion: LLVM's lld linker
currently assumes an armv7 target. Introducing armv7 MACHINE_ARCH will
allow us to enable lld for armv7, leaving arm/armv6 to use binutils
(old version in the base system, or port/pkg).
