Hi,
there are so many ports that depend on libsmbclient and all dual boot 
FreeBSD/Linux  PCs (allmost all FreeBSD/Linux-PCs) as far as i can see here 
export files to local windows clients by means of samba.

So when using samba *server* (what i consider normal) portupgrade and 
portinstall does not stop to nag me about missing dependency for 
samba-libsmbclient.
