Well, the place to get help is FreeBSD-questions@FreeBSD.org.  I do
help people privately, but I charge real money for that (see
http://www.lemis.com/grog/).  You need to describe the software you're
trying to install; I've never heard of it, and it's not in the Ports
Collection.
