Hi Alpha-hackers, A 4.9-RC1 miniinst ISO image is now available at: ftp://ftp.freebsd.org/pub/FreeBSD/ISO-IMAGES-alpha/4.9-RC1-alpha-miniinst.iso You might need to run the 'setcdboot' tool on it (available from ports) before you put it onto a CD-R[W]. It does not have any packages on it though.. I could successfully boot and install my AS500 from it. Please try it on your systems! And report back your success or mysery..
