Subject: send-pr as a web-interface?

Hi,

My FreeBSD system is the only one in my environment and I cannot use
send-pr, because sending emails from my PC is prohibited.

So I usually give up when my patches need to go through a send-pr
procedure, unless someone else picks up my patch and forwards it
via send-pr.

However, I wonder why there's no web-interface to submit send-pr-like
reports. That way, everyone can provide patches without the need of a
complicated send-pr lobbying.

Regards,
Rob.
