This case matches one in Porter's Handbook: Examples of when PORTREVISION should be bumped: - Changes to the port Makefile to enable or disable compile-time options in the package. Looking at http://pointyhat.FreeBSD.org/errorlogs/amd64-errorlogs/e.8.20100613205040/stumpwm-0.9.7.log it has Makefile@r1.7 even though build date is Wed Jun 16 09:14:22 UTC 2010.
