It does however start and will not, of course, work properly. The behaviour is that the very first client might get address but none after that one - causing alot of confusion. The workaround - use ip addresses in dhcpd.conf when configuring failover peer. Can anyone confirm this behaviour? Is it a bug? The man page shows an example where FQDNs are being used.... If it is a bug, where do I report it? Greetings /Roger
