 I found what causes this: enabling the "quell-folder-internal-msg"
feature (F_QUELL_INTERNAL_MSG for the programmers) !!

 Could someone please test this: enable "quell-folder-internal-msg", empty
your mailbox (must be zero-legth, run "echo -n >/var/mail/[USER]" to make
sure) then perform the above test ?
