Just noticed that PRS i386/2985 and kern/987 (among others) aren't valid PRs.

    (nemesis) $ pwd
    /home/ncvs/gnats
    (nemesis) $ ll $(find . -name '[0-9]*' | while read f; do [ ! -s $f ] &&\
	echo $f; done)
    392732 -rw-r--r--  1 root  wheel  0 Mar 14  1997 ./i386/2985
     17654 -rw-r--r--  1 root  wheel  0 Feb  2  1996 ./kern/987
    169939 -rw-r--r--  1 root  wheel  0 Jun 27  1997 ./pending/3961
    408782 -rw-r--r--  1 root  wheel  0 Jun 27  1997 ./ports/3880
    408822 -rw-r--r--  1 root  wheel  0 Jun 28  1997 ./ports/3971
    411262 -rw-r--r--  1 root  wheel  0 Jan 13  1999 ./ports/9466

Any idea about what these were about?
