I love telnet, I use it all the time. In fact, my work habbits are centered around telnet, I do everything except web browsing in telnet. So I would love to have access to telnet on the road. What I am looking for is sometype of portable device that will allow me to use telnet on the road. I am hoping for something that does just Telnet (I dont need anything other then that, and I dont want a whole OSes overhead), boots off ROM, has a decent keyboard, built in modem, and a color text mode display. Anyone use anything like that? Have some type of device that you would recommend? Really the only way I ever interface with my BSD box is through telnet, and it would be nice to have a small portable device that I could use to access the machine from the road.
