You might start in /usr/ports where a search turns up 6 hits:

% cd /usr/ports
% make search key=camera | grep Path
Path:   /usr/ports/graphics/camediaplay
Path:   /usr/ports/graphics/dc20ctrl
Path:   /usr/ports/graphics/dc3play
Path:   /usr/ports/graphics/photopc
Path:   /usr/ports/graphics/qvplay
Path:   /usr/ports/graphics/sane
