okay. we are getting to the bottom of this issue. Problem solved.=20

rasclock 4.2 works fine with RBPI3B/3B+. rasclock 4.0 does not. Not sure =
what are the=20
main differences but it is clear now. I can keep rasclock 4.2 installed =
on the RBPI3B+
1hr, 5hrs etc and it does recover and set the time correctly during =
boot.
