>Description:
After upgrading from 4.8-RELEASE-p13 to 4.9-RELEASE-p1 I found that
my Intel 82559 NICs has stopped working. All I see is infinite
`fxp0: device timeout', `fxp1: device timeout' on console.

>How-To-Repeat:
Install some Intel 82559 NICs into your FreeBSD box.

>Fix:
Replace Intel 82559 NICs with ones based on other chipsets, ex(4)
or dc(4) in my case. Or downgrade back to 4.8.
