just letting you know that ftp://ftp.freebsd.org/pub/FreeBSD/index.html is broken in various areas. pointer to www.freebsd.org/newsflash.html this only seems to work on www.freebsd.org - mirror sites cvsup'ing the web site don't have this, or don't rewrite it - it is www.XX.freebsd.org/news/newsflash.html pointer to ftp.freebsd.org/pub/FreeBSD/releases/2.2.8-RELEASE this doesn't go anywhere. i386/2.2.8-RELEASE maybe ? pointer to ftp.freebsd.org/pub/FreeBSD/releases/3.3-RELEASE this doesn't go anywhere. i386/3.3-RELEASE maybe ?
