If the user chooses a moderately standard X configuration, the necessary
README's should be installed automatically such that XF86Setup doesn't
whine about them being missing when starting.  The documentation stuff
can't take all that much space, but it's better that we don't spit warning
stuff at the user when it's unnecessary :-)
